Title of Goods
All items supplied remain the property of Birmingham Disco & Karaoke Centre until valid payment is received in full.
Suitability of Goods
All goods supplied by Birmingham Disco & Karaoke Centre are fit for the purpose intended and we therefore encourage purchasers to ensure that they are satisfied with the suitability of an item prior to purchasing. Should you have any queries regarding the suitability of an item for its intended use, please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail to discuss the item further. Should an item received not be suitable, you must advise us in writing within 7 days and arrange for the goods to be returned to ourselves. Subject to the item(s) being returned unused and in original condition in the original packaging, we will arrange a refund of your payment within 30 days or a replacement product, depending upon your preference.
Suitability of Goods - Music & Karaoke Discs
Unfortunately, due to copyright, we are unable to accept return of music and karaoke discs unless faulty. Under these circumstances, the disc will be exchanged for an identical item, we are unable to refund or exchange for a different disc.
Delivery - UK
All orders are dispatched on the same day or next working day dependent upon the time that the order is placed and received by ourselves. Many items are dispatched on a next working day delivery where possible although delivery can take up to 3 working days. Details of items received in a damaged state from the courier should be noted on the courier paperwork at the time of accepting the goods. Any items not received within 5 working days of your order, should be immediately reported in order that they can be traced as soon as possible.
Delivery - Europe
Please allow between 5 - 10 working days for delivery. Any items not received within 14 working days of your order, should be immediately reported in order that they can be traced as soon as possible.
Availability of Goods
We endeavor to ensure that all items listed in our on-line catalogue are in-stock and therefore available for dispatch at the time of your order. However, due to constant stock turnover, occasionally the item ordered will not be available. Should this situation arise, we will contact you to advise of a slight delay in dispatch due to re-stocking, or offer an alternative product. Payment for the goods will not be taken unless an agreement is reached between Birmingham Disco & Karaoke Centre and you, the customer.
Faulty Goods
In the event that delivered items are found to be faulty at the time of delivery, you, the customer, must report the matter in writing to ourselves within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will arrange collection of the item and provided that the item is returned in original condition with original packaging, we will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched or refund of payment within 30 days.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all new products come complete with a manufacturers 12 month warranty. This covers breakdown due to manufacture defect with the condition that the item has been used in the correct manner. Exceptions include the following items;
Bulbs
Triacs and fuses
x-faders on mixers
Should a product become faulty during the warranty period, please contact us to advise of the problem as soon as possible. You will be required to arrange return of the item to ourselves for inspection. Following confirmation of a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair of the item and return the goods to yourselves. Please ensure that all purchase documentation is retained for the duration of the warranty period.
